Spelled means a common letter-for-letter scheme; it is close, not a formal transliteration. Cipher maps each Latin letter to one letter of that script. Some rare scripts need a font your device may not have. Morse code is an encoding of the Latin alphabet, not a script. It is listed by name and marked Encoding, and does not count toward the 69.
