Lumasis
Glydways vehicles run with no driver and no staff, so the interface has to do their job. Lumasis is the design system that makes that possible: one set of values the rider, the operator and the vehicle all read the same way.
Metro
Metro is the visual system for an autonomous transit network that has to work for someone who shares no language with the sign. Color, type, symbol and contrast are fixed before any screen exists, so the same rules hold on a platform totem, a printed map and a phone.
Brand Guidelines
Mission, principles, brand marks, color and typography for an autonomous transit network. The source the Metro Visual System and Lumasis were both built from.
Foundations
A self-initiated visual system drawn from the jellyfish. Five core hues extended into gradient continuums, and a type ladder running across four scripts.
Components
Medusa’s second layer. Five primitives and eight composites built from one set of tokens, so every part of the interface is a color, type or spacing decision made visible.
Motion
Medusa’s third layer. Color, type and interface moving on one pulse, the way a jellyfish travels. Designed by Amit Patel, animated with Emanuel Peres.
Data Stories
A visual system built on Plume’s live network telemetry. 40 million homes and 1.8 billion devices, rendered in WebGL and turned into a brand.
Playground
Eighty shots from two decades of practice. Brand systems, interface explorations, posters and experiments, pulled together into one grid.
Forms & Frames
Photographs. Forms found, frames chosen.
Stationery
Business cards, letterhead and envelope for Amit Patel Designs®, in black, white and one gray. The cards tear in two, and every half carries a word in kanji and the code that opens its page.

Cue Health System
A visual system for Cue Health. One grid, one color logic and one card anatomy carried from diagnostic cartridges into the Cue Health app.

A travel journal for iOS. Entries, the places they belong to, and the people who keep them, on one dark reading surface.
